All orders are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order—whether retail or wholesale—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All content, including text, images, and design associated with The Other Side of the Straitjacket, is protected under Canadian copyright law. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the author or publisher.

Retail Orders

Availability & Shipping

Pre-order purchases will ship once the book is available. The expected publication date is January 2026, though this date may vary. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

Refunds & Exchanges

All presale purchases are final. Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged or defective items. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Wholesale Orders

Payment

A detailed quote, including shipping and applicable taxes, will be provided prior to invoicing. Full payment is required upon approval of quote and order confirmation (pre-sale). Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Availability

Books are in pre-sale and expected to ship early 2026. Orders will ship as soon as stock is available.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A custom quote will be provided prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy.

Free local drop-off is available within the Lower Mainland & Greater Vancouver (BC, Canada).

Taxes & Duties

All prices are listed in CAD. Canadian orders are subject to applicable sales tax.

U.S. buyers: no tax or duties on book orders. Buyers in other regions are responsible for any import fees or duties.

Returns

All sales are final. Claims for damaged or defective books must be made within 7 days of delivery. Replacement copies or refunds will be issued at the seller’s discretion.

Resale Price Policy

Buyers may not advertise or sell below the Suggested Retail Price ($23.95 CAD) without written permission.

Final book specifications—including page count, weight, and spine width—are subject to slight variation prior to publication.
